Dear Bramharajan,

The book size is Penguin Modern Poets (Brodsky) size. 5” x 7 3/4”. The cover is made exactly to that size. The book cover shouldbe printed on white board with maroon or Olive Green colour tint till the drawing lines. There should be white space in the drawing. The drawing and lettering can be Black Colour (i. e) there should be Two Blocks. One for tint till the border lines of the drawing and another lettering with drawing. I hope I am clear in conveying what the artist K. Muralidharan has told me. If you need any clarification please write to me. Please inform Mr. Meera *accordingly. Mr. Rajagopal was telling me that the size is new to Tamil books and care should be taken.

The other drawings are to be printed against each poem which I have mentioned on the reverse of the drawings. The direction is also marked. You kindly let me know how the drawings have come.

*1982 வருடத்தில் ஆத்மாநாமின் காகிதத்தில் ஒரு கோடு தவிர வேறு எந்தத் தொகுப்பும் வந்திருக்கவில்லை. எனவே என்னை, திரு. மீராவை அணுகித் தனது இரண்டாவது தொகுதியான “சில எதிர்கால நிஜங்களை” வெளிக்கொணர எனக்கு ஆத்மாநாம் எழுதியது. இந்த சமயத்தில் ‘அன்னம் நவ கவிதை’ வரிசை வெளிவந்து கொண்டிருந்தது. நவ கவிதை வரிசை இதுவரை ஒருதொகுப்பும் வெளியிட்டிருக்காத கவிஞர்களுக்கு முதலிடம் தந்தது. எனவே சில எதிர்கால நிஜங்கள் கைப்பிரதியாகத் தங்கிவிட்டது.
