The
eighth section of Jeevagasinthamani, one of the five great epics of Tamil
is dealt with in this lesson. Titled Vimalayaar Ilampakam, this section
highlights Vijayais maternal love for Jeevagan. Her sons good
governance following ethical principles after defeating his enemy Kattiankaaran
is appreciated by her. How the heroine Vimalai married Jeevagan and her
mastery in jugglery is also explained. The nuances of astrology and the
importance of dreams are vividly described in this lesson. The reasons
for naming the work as Jeevagasinthamani and its structure and greatness

jugglery played by Vimalai. This unit ends with the marriage of Jeevagan
and Vimalai.

fourth unit brings out the literary aspects like description of nature
in Emaankatha Nadu.
