| Language is a part of culture. It gives the identity to a community or a human race. Tamil, as a language, is intertwined with the Tamil culture. The diction and grammar, the usage and expressions, the proverbs and riddles, the images and descriptive terms - all express some trait or the other of Tamil culture. This lesson attempts to bring to light the linkages between the Tamil language and the Tamil culture. |
