அமைச்சராக இருப்பவர் தன்னலம் பார்க்காதவராகவும் பொதுநலம் விரும்புபவராகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும். ஒருவரைப் போலியாகப் புகழ்வது அறிவுடைமை ஆகாது. கற்பனைக் கதையாக இருப்பினும் சிரிக்கவும், சிந்திக்கவும் வைக்க வேண்டும்.

A minister must be devoid of love for his self. He must care for the general welfare. It is foolish to falter anyone. Though a story is a product of imagination, it should amuse as well as provoke us to loud thinking.
