ஒரு மனிதன் விடுதலையாய் வாழ அவனுக்கு நல்ல நாடு வேண்டும். அந்த நல்ல நாட்டை நல்ல அரசன் ஆள வேண்டும். நல்ல அரசன் ஆள நல்ல மக்கள் வேண்டும். அந்த மக்களுடன் உறவாட நல்ல மொழி வேண்டும். அந்த மொழியில் நல்ல படைப்புகள் இருக்க வேணடும். அந்த நல்ல மொழியின் நல்ல படைப்புகளை உலகம் ஏற்க வேண்டும். உலகம் ஏற்று வாழும் அருமையான நல்ல நிலையே உயர்நிலையாகும். அந்த உயர்நிலையைத் தமிழ்நாடு பெற்றுள்ளது. தமிழ் மக்கள் பெற்றுள்ளனர். இதனைப் பாவாணர் உணர்ந்து தம் கவிதைகளில் பதிவு செய்துள்ளார்.
