This narrative poem condemns caste - differences and discrimination. The poet encourages love - marriages. He makes it clear that without the human resources of the working-class, who are often subjected to exploitation the country’s resources cannot flourish. He celebrates, true-love, inter-caste marriage, casteless society and democracy.
