செங்கால் நாரையே ! சத்திமுத்தம் என்னும் ஊரில் தனிமையில் இருக்கும் என் மனைவியைக் கண்டு ஏழைப் புலவனின் நிலையைக் கூறி ஆற்றுபடுத்துக என்று புலவர் மிக்க நயத்துடன் பாடுகிறார்.
