திருகுற்றால மலையின் ஆற்றில் வெள்ளம் ஓடிக்கொண்டே இருக்கும். தவ முனிவர்கள் புலன் ஒடுங்கியிருப்பர். பெண்களின் இடை வருந்தும். முத்தை ஈன்ற சங்குப் பூச்சிகள் நீரில் வாழும். நிலத்தில் விதை விதைக்கப்பெறும். பெண்களின் காலில் கிண்கிணி ஒலி எழுப்பும். மக்கள் நிலையான செல்வமான அறத்தையும் புகழையும் பெற விரும்புவர்.

The river of Courtalam hills is perennial. Sages would meditate here. Women would have slim waists. Insects that beget pearls live in this water, seeds are sown. Anklets of women clink. People of these hills love to acquire the permanent assets of fame and being virtuous.
